An Internationally Leading and Cost-effective Rapid Biochemical Sewage Treatment Technology with Less Land Use and Less Investment:RPIR Technology

The Rapid Purification of sewage using sedimentation Integrated rectangular airlift loop Reactor, or RPIR, is an internationally leading rapid biochemical sewage treatment technology independently developed by Qingyan Environment. The RPIR rapid biochemical sewage treatment process organically couples the four functions of aeration oxygen supply, airlift circulation, biochemical reaction, and sedimentation separation to form an intensive and efficient biological sewage treatment reactor. It does not require the construction of a sedimentation tank, shortening the process flow of sewage treatment. The core equipment of the technology is the RPIR standard module, which has a unique structural form and can be an assembled combined equipment or a skid-mounted sewage treatment integrated machine. The circulation clarifier module, referred to as the RPIR module, is suitable for the construction of large-scale sewage treatment facilities.


 
The RPIR module has the following characteristics- One, standardized equipment, which can be quickly assembled and installed, with a short project implementation cycle; flexible configuration according to the project scale, free parallel connection, and high project adaptability; Two, all stainless steel material, no vulnerable parts, and low maintenance cost.
 
Dongguan Liaobu Zhuyuan Sewage Treatment Plant Phase III Project. Treatment scale- fifty thousand cubic meters per day. Effluent standard- Class A. After most of the integrated treatment facilities are removed from the site in two thousand twenty-three, the sewage treatment capacity gap in Liaobu Zhuyuan will reach fifty thousand cubic meters per day. By two thousand twenty-five, the treatment capacity gap will reach one hundred thousand cubic meters per day. Therefore, the civil engineering of this Phase III project will be completed in one go according to the long-term one hundred thousand cubic meters per day, and the equipment will be equipped according to the recent fifty thousand cubic meters per day treatment scale. The effluent water quality shall comply with the Class A standard of the Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB18918-2002) and the stricter value of the Class A standard of the second period of the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard Water Pollutant Discharge Limit (DB44/26-2001). The effluent will be discharged to Hengzhu River, a tributary of the Huangsha River on the north side of the sewage treatment plant.
 

 
Shenzhen Gushu Water Purification Plant (Phase I) Water Volume Increase and Expansion Project. Treatment scale- sixty thousand cubic meters per day (quasi-surface IV); eighty thousand cubic meters per day (Level A). Effluent standard- Quasi-surface IV (sixty thousand cubic meters per day); Level A (eighty thousand cubic meters per day). The original sewage treatment capacity of Shenzhen Gushu Water Purification Plant (Phase I) is two hundred forty thousand cubic meters per day, and there is a gap of one hundred twenty thousand cubic meters per day. After the original system is increased in capacity and improved in quality, a new set of independent sewage treatment facilities is still required. This project adopts the idea of expanding capacity within the plant, improving quality and increasing efficiency. It uses the green isolation area within the plant area and builds a new sewage treatment facility with A²/RPIR process as the core. The designed sewage treatment scale is sixty thousand cubic meters per day, the water volume change coefficient is one point three three, and the effluent complies with the Class A standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002). In actual operation, the effluent water quality meets the Class IV water standard in the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB 3838-2002).
