To eliminate the black and odorous pollution of the water body of Heishuipi River, a temporary sewage emergency treatment facility was built around it, with a construction period of 2 months. The project used the vertical flow A/RPIR process for the first time, with a treatment scale of 5000m³/d, and the effluent water quality reached the first grade A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002), which was also used as ecological water supplementation to the river.
Project Highlights:
1. The vertical flow A/RPIR process is adopted, achieving coupling and superposition of anoxic reaction, aerobic reaction and sludge-water separation in the vertical direction, and it covers a small area, with the biochemical facility covering only 0.068 m²/ton of water;
2. Under the condition of influent water with low carbon nitrogen ratio, this project has achieved ultimate nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and the effluent quality is better than the first-grade A standard;
3. The prefabricated steel structure is adopted, and the construction period is short; and there is no sludge reflux, and management is simple.
