On the morning of February 22, 2023, the topping-out ceremony of main building of Guangdong Qingyan high-end environmental protection equipment R&D and manufacturing base was held in Zhongkai High-tech District, Huizhou.

Yan Wensheng, member of the Standing Committee of Zhongkai High-tech District Committee, deputy director of the District Management Committee and director of the Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Management Committee, Zheng Zhihui, director general of the District Science and Technology Innovation Administration, Gao Lvhua, director general of the District Housing and Urban-Rural Planning and Construction Administration, Zhang Haiping, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Chenjiang Street, Liu Shengqiao, deputy director general of the District Economic Development Administration, Liu Zhejing, deputy director of the District Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Center, and other leaders; as well as Ms. Liu Shujie, chairman and general manager of Qingyan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Prof. Chen Fuming, chief scientist and foreign academician of the Academy of Engineering of the Russian Federation, Mr. Liu Xu, deputy general manager, members of Qingyan Environmental Wolf Warrior Team, representatives of participating units and the company’s partners, attended the topping-out ceremony.

At the topping-out ceremony, Liu Shujie, chairman of Qingyan Environmental, and Zheng Zhihui, director general of the Science and Technology Innovation Administration of Zhongkai High-tech District, delivered speeches.

Ms. Liu first expressed her gratitude to the governments at all levels, the project team members of the Company, the participating units and the front-line workers who cared about and supported the construction of this project. At the same time, Ms. Liu pointed out, the topping-out of the main structure marks an important and phased victory in the construction of the base, but there is more complex work to come, and it is hoped that all participating units can further strictly control the quality, progress and safety to achieve high-standard and high-quality delivery!

Director General Zheng Zhihui of Zhongkai District Science and Technology Innovation Administration pointed out, innovation is the soul of the High-tech District, and it is the highly fit soul that strengthens Zhongkai’s determination to introduce Qingyan Environmental, and also enhances the confidence of Qingyan Environmental to take root in Zhongkai. At the same time, Director Zheng Zhihui hopes that Qingyan Environmental will take today’s base topping-out as a starting point to promote the project to be put into production as soon as possible, provide new power for the rapid development of the enterprise, and add fresh impetus to the high-quality development of Zhongkai!

And then, Standing Committee Member Yan Wensheng, Chairman Liu Shujie and others jointly poured the last cubic meter of concrete for the main project of the base, and the topping-out ceremony was successfully completed.

Guangdong Qingyan high-end environmental protection equipment R&D and manufacturing base is built through investment by Guangdong Qingyan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qingyan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301288). The project is located in Zhongkai High-tech District, Huizhou, with a total investment of 288 million yuan, a covering area of 20,000 m² and a total floor area of about 48,000 m². The manufacturing workshop, R&D building and corresponding supporting facilities are built in this project. After completion, these are mainly used for R&D, manufacturing and sales of RPIR rapid biochemical sewage treatment equipment and T-Bic rapid biochemical sewage treatment equipment and other related sewage treatment equipment. After the project is fully completed and reaches the full production capacity and efficiency, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 650 million yuan and a total annual tax of 58 million yuan.
