The Water Treatment Process Engineering Research Center of Qingyan Environmental, established in August 2019, is an R&D platform focusing on sewage treatment processes. Adhering to the "four less" standard (less land occupation, less energy consumption, less chemical dosing, and less discharge), the center is committed to researching and developing new technologies and processes in water treatment. In collaboration with relevant departments from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and other universities, the center jointly undertakes research projects in the field of water treatment, striving for the advancement of industry technology.
The center has established a technical committee chaired by Prof. Ren Nanqi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The committee members include professors and experts from renowned domestic universities and research institutes such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Harbin Institute of Technology. They jointly discuss major issues in the center's development and provide opinions or suggestions on the center's significant decisions.
